Brothers Samson and Nassib grew up witnessing the struggles of children living without care or support. Motivated by compassion and community need, they established P.L.C.O. with full legal registration and local government authorization.
Working closely with village leaders and pastors, they identified the first 20 children most in need and ensured each child received safety, stability, and love.
Today, Samson and Nassib continue to oversee all operations, ensuring every child grows in a nurturing family-like environment.
