Perfection of Love Children Organization (P.L.C.O.) is a registered Tanzanian NGO founded by brothers Samson and Nassib, who shared a dream of giving hope and dignity to vulnerable, neglected, and orphaned children in their community.
Today, P.L.C.O. provides a loving home, quality education, proper healthcare, and emotional support to 23 resident children and 17 community day-program children.
